You can find King Joe Black at the last of 5 wave. If you try Ultra mode the 4th wave only one Kaiju but don't worry it doesn't give one big damage and same goes to King Joe Black at last wave.

The earth type of King Joe Black. I still have no idea what Tidal Counter. Maybe attacked by water it will counterattack. You have to get Ultra Slot to active but I not interested in that. What I really like is Volcanic Ruptures. Example if you active this your earth/fire type attack of 2000 become 4000. I see this guy as a buffer in my team and its a great mix with my Hipporit, Ex Gomora or any other earth/fire team.
The water type is the opposite of the earth. It increase recovery by 200%. Not so great the active skill but I like the Barricade skill you get zero damage from water type. It is useful in water only mission and bosses with water type. Immunity is better then damage reduction unless you can easily activate the leader skill.
KJB has like atleast over 90k hp in ultra mode,really took some time bringing it down,but the card is...well not so usefull

Its just a ranking. Higher your rank the level cap go higher. The highest is UC+.
